Fem Prenatal is a comprehensive vitamin and mineral supplement designed to help pregnant or lactating women meet their nutritional needs. It is well accepted that the outcome of a pregnancy is largely dependent upon the nutritional status of the mother. This is especially true with respect to the birthweight of the newborn.
Since pregnancy and lactation may impose an increased demand for certain nutrients, most doctors recommend the added insurance of a complete multivitamin and mineral supplement. Fem Prenatal is specifically formulated to provide a wide spectrum of essential nutrients the body may need, including folic acid, in a form that is gentle to the system.

Directions:
Take two packets daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Each packet contains one (brown) multi tablet, one (white) calcium tablet, and one (white) magnesium tablet.
WARNING:
Excess vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5000 IU of pre-formed vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) per day.
Note:
This product has a tamper-evident seal. Do not use if the seal is broken. Store this product in a cool, dry place.
Does Not Contain:
Dairy, egg, wheat, gluten, yeast, corn, soy protein, sugar, sweeteners, starch, salt, preservatives, waxes, or colorings.
